摘 要:针对某型号飞机模型带动力风洞试验的要求,该文设计了大功率、小尺寸、高转速及高稳速精度的80 kW永磁交流伺服电动机。通过合理的电磁、结构及循环油冷却设计,成功的解决了小尺寸大功率永磁交流伺服电机的设计及制造问题。试验结果表明,使用该方法设计的电机满足设计要求,具有较高的工程应用价值。 关键词:永磁交流伺服电动机;高功率密度;高转速;高稳速精度;循环油冷却
Abstract: According to the requirement of a certain type aero plane model test in wind tunnel,designed the 80kW permanent magnetic AC servo motor which is high power, small size, high speed and high precision of steady speed. The problem which is on designing and producing permanent magnetic AC servo motors of small size and high power has been solved successfully by reasonable designing of the motor,such as electromagnetic design, framework design and circular cooling design using oil. The experiment results show that motor designed by the method satisfies the requirements of design,has high performance with intensive engineering application value.
